Refund policy.

In the case of distance selling, the consumer has the right to revoke the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving reasons. This period shall take into view on the calendar day after receipt of the product or on behalf of the consumer. During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging carefully. The consumer will only extract or use the product to such an extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the seller by e-mail (bellusmareeurope@gmail.com) of his decision to revoke the contract. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal then the product will be returned to the seller with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging, as per reasonable and clear instructions provided by the seller. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the cost of return will be payed by the customer. We do not refund or cover any shipping costs made by the customer. The amount paid by the consumer for the product only will be reimbursed to the consumer as soon as possible but within thirty (30) calendar days.
